Really though, get your footwear right. Supportive shoes are for repetitive movements on hard surfaces (like walking/running longer distances) This supports the arch and allows a bit of cushion for tired muscles, tendons, and ligaments. We didn’t evolve walking on concrete! Minimalist (or if you can, barefoot) shoes are best for weight training and short duration activities or movements done on softer ground. Let your foot move to develop proper movement patterns and stave off knee, back, and hip pain! #betterdaily #definingdadbod #exercise #legs #cardio
