#45 is one and done with what I call the “VanHouten Look of Steel”! 💪🏻 what about it @Coach Alex VanHouten? I had forgotten how much of this route went uphill. The Alabama heat is also something else and it’s just June y’all. I also posted my stats for year to date. It says I have 46 runs, but one of them doesn’t count because it’s not at least 2 miles. 55 to go!!! #run100
