I thought we had a nutrition tab but don’t see it, so: I need more protein. I eat meat and RX bars daily. On lifting days I have a protein smoothie. Lately I feel the RX bar may be providing less benefit due to all the sugars but I need protein. Other than fish (I need easy food for at work) what would be good protein without other adjuncts? I like bars as they are easy but open to anything. Raw nuts tend to upset my stomach when I eat a lot.
