Work them in toward the end of an endurance workout for a metabolic challenge or in the beginning of a muscle growth workout for a full-body warm up! Beginner: Try them on your knees. With only one dumbbell. Alternate hands by rolling it left and right. Advanced: Elevate feet and use a heavier dumbbell. Don't shift hips too much!
