Alright guys! Day 1- Mindset: I want to just sleep. (Fighting a old thing) Nutrition yesterday- oatmeal and peanut butter, dairy free/ cauliflower crust pizza, dinner was sloppy Joe’s. Exercise today: doing it now! Stair master since I can’t go run while I got the kiddos- (thank goodness for childcare at the gym!) #NoExcuses
