Day 2! Mindset- pushing through. (Getting up for my overtime shift today, yay 🙃) Nutrition yesterday: breakfast- sausage egg white croissant, lunch - leftover sloppy Joe’s, dinner- chicken quesadillas with guacamole! Exercise today- I may just have to go on a walk with the kids .
