I typically stick with exercises/movements I learned from working with Alex and his videos but sometimes I look for ideas and ways to change it up from different online sources. I came across a move I had never done before, or if I did it was long enough ago that I forgot about it. It is called Rotational Bicep Curls. I’m sure most of you are familiar with them but in case not… You bring your arms up like a normal bicep curl then at the top you rotate your hands so your palms are facing down and then slowly lower them back to starting position. I don’t know why but I love them!! I think maybe because you can really engage your abs and feel the work big time in your core and biceps with the slow movement on the way down. I’ve done different variations of curls with rotation but not this one. Just thought I’d share in case anyone’s looking to change up their bicep curl game. 👍🏼💪🏼
