Leading my first workout for F3 tomorrow morning. I'm pumped. Quite the suffer-fest ahead for all of us. You won't understand all the lingo (it's part of the F3 culture to have different/humorous names for many of the exercises) but we have 45 minutes to perform this workout. The 7 of diamonds portion takes place around the four corners of a square - like a baseball field. At each corner you perform the prescribed set of the exercise and then it escalates each lap around the diamond and then de-escalates. Everyone is encouraged to do all they can but modify as needed.
