Mindset: @kat said something that stuck with me today. It’s not word for word but you get it. No matter what I do is gonna hurt anyways…I’m learning to push past that and not fear it. That goes mentally with growth and physical growth, or the “growing pains” as we call it, it’s gonna hurt. We are training ourselves not the fear that pain. Embrace it. Nutrition yesterday; breakfast was a protein shake , lunch was some noodle stuffs I made with kielbasa , and dinner was chicken salad! Exercise today: I did 60 minutes cardio.
