So I've put together a "tire" workout that I have not tried yet but I think it's a good one: Start with a warm up lap around the neighborhood. Then- 5 tire flips 5 elevated push ups (using the tire) 5 box jumps (with the tire) 5 elevated reverse plank holds for 5 count (with the tire) 1 sprint to stop sign up the hill Jog back Do that circuit x5 Then finish with a cool down lap around the neighborhood.
