If you had told me a few months ago that I would be choosing to get up and be part of the 4:30 club several times a week I'd probably have laughed. I'm still not a "morning" person but I am discovering something in me that craves starting the day off with a win. I can't wait to see what this looks like 6 months or a year or two from now.
