I rested two days since my body was feeling the strain and walking was doing more harm than good at that point but was back at it again today. Definitely an improvement in the heart rate area. I think I’m going to use that as a guide for rest. I’ll post two pictures contrasting the before rest and after rest and you’ll see the difference. Thank you to those remembering me in prayer. Resting was harder than walking lol
