I led a tabata style workout this morning. If you haven't ever tried that it's deceptively difficult. Seems easy on the first 20 second cycle but by the 8th set you're feeling it. We did 20 on 10 off for 8 rounds and 7 complete cycles with a 1 minute "rest" in between which was a quick lap around the building. All in all it was a very challenging workout.
