I had met them before briefly but was formally introduced to "murder bunnies" this morning. They are no joke. Think frog jumps but with a cinder block. 20 yards then push ups, sit ups, and a lap around the track. Then murder bunnies back the 20 yards followed by burpees with jumps over the block. Rinse and repeat for 15 minutes. Then other assorted cinder block exercises. It's a scorcher 🥵🦵💪 Also a reminder that you don't need a lot or even anything at all to get a darn good workout.
