The move was the 28th, this shows me busting my butt every day since (didn’t wear my watch for three days cuz of hand pain). I was hitting my move goal each day, above 5K steps, so yesterday I changed it (I doubled my goal the day before so decided to make it a larger goal.) I didn’t hit the new goal yesterday, but got so close. I haven’t been this active in a long time, and I’m definitely feeling it. My feet ache and my arms and my neck and my whole body just are in so much pain. But it’s so amazing to see what I can do anyway. Like mom says, I’m embracing the suck 😝
