Run #94 was done for the ASICS World Ekiden 2021 Virtual 5K!! Thank you for the invite @Tommy May !! I lost a little steam in the last half, but I still made good time. This brings me to a question for the group. Is there such a thing as carb loading before a race? Even though this was a virtual race, this is the first time I have participated in any kind of race. So, I want to learn all I can before the next one. Because, you better believe there will be a next one! #run100 #virtual5K #fun with exercise
