Exercised with my son’s wrestling team again. Run from one end of the gym to the other and back. Then, do the following: 8 push-ups 8 shots springing up between shots (wrestling move) 8 legs lifts for abs 8 sprawls (wrestling move) Repeat all! Each repetition, we decreased by two reps on each exercise until we got down to two reps on each making a total of 20 total reps per exercise. We did this whole process THREE times and I kept up with all of them! 👊🏼 After that, I completed run #96!! #run100 #funwithexercise
