It’s been a few days since check in (still getting back in the habit of daily check ins. But not going to beat myself up over a missed one like I used to), but I’ve still completed the main goal of 10k+ steps per day, each day, which has included 3-4 intentional miles toward that goal for each daily goal. “Intentional” just means it’s not just walking around steps, but either a long, brisk walk with hills, or like today, a warm up run followed by interval sprints. Fitting in the lifting session scheduled for yesterday just didn’t happen, but I’ll be working to improve on making sure I make time for lifting sessions moving forward. Could’ve gotten one in today, but honestly was listening to my body and my body wanted to run/sprint. Tomorrow will be a workout at the range, so likely a decent amount of steps there! But will be putting in a different type of “rep” there, but still working to get 1% better at another life skill. 💪🏼🎯
