I’ve been under motivated this week on the lifting front for sure, and had a couple days that got turned upside down a bit and just simply didn’t have time. But met or exceeded daily steps each day, (except yesterday when we were traveling all day) which always included a full 3-4 mile walk at a good pace. Today was a beach walk. The holiday eating has begun. At my in-laws it’s a daily occurrence through Thanksgiving. Tonight was homemade fettuccine noodles and meatballs. Going to enjoy, but not OVERindulge. Also going to be programming a full workout for tomorrow as soon as I’m done with this post. Burpees to be included.
