Happy Thanksgiving everyone! 🦃 My goal today was to knock out at least 10k+ steps before thanksgiving dinner at 12:30pm. Got it done! Added a quick 100 air squats, 50 burpees and 50 push-ups. Will get in more body weight stuff and activity at the beach later this afternoon. Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving and have hearts that are as full as our stomachs will be!
