This trend is pretty great 😻 and accurate for the most part. To be fair in July I didn’t wear my watch and had a baby so I get a pass for that month but I definitely am getting tons more steps. Think I wear my watch about 60% of the time and I’m active almost all day lately so this isn’t even the whole picture. Being more active exacerbates some things for sure, but I’m also so proud of myself! “This week the trend is to get so many steps I need to sleep in” 😋😉
