I was doing my best to be more active despite all the stuff my body is doing to me But now I feel like I have a thorn in my foot. Inflammation on the ball of my foot like crazy and can’t walk on it. Guess sometimes you have to take a break. I think it’s the hard floors in my house plus my Eds and flat feet. Need to remember to wear shoes inside til we get some rugs I think 😓 But I am still eating healthier and getting more activity than normal! And I’ve even played hide and seek a few nights in a row with the kid So, all in all, gonna keep pushing, but maybe let my foot get better first ❤️ Here a cute pic to make this worth reading lol 😂
