#christmas2021 Day 4 4 squat jumps, 3 dumb bell thrust, 2 burpees and ran in place because it’s 20 degrees right now, dark, and I’m not sure what the ice on surfaces status us out there. Scheduled to run 109 tomorrow morning when it’s predicted to be a balmy 27 degrees 🥶😎 Praying for the Lord’s protection over this group this week in travels, health, and spirit.
