M/N/E last several days: M- a struggle through Sat-Sun. Overwhelmed… Mon=better but still a bit out of it. Focused on being my best and squaring my shoulders (literally and figuratively), and facing everything. N- Alright, not perfect. Had sardines, protein powder, free-range eggs, olive oil, oatmeal, chipotle chicken salad; also taco bell burritos and a hotdog (on a small pc of bread). E- Managed to get a base cardio and foam rolling/stretching workout in on Mon, two total trips to LT to use amenities (Sun-Mon). I sometimes like to use the amenities first and then work out. It is motivating to feel luxurious, clean and renewed.
