Eating healthy fats (coconut yogurt, organic soymilk, cashews, avocados, olives), this amazing organic meal replacement, tofu, vegan lentil soup and chick’n soup. Sprouting almonds for later. Making brown rice. Reincorporating a good organic multivitamin, probiotics, omega-3 supplement, magnesium supplement. Also a hair supplement. Working overnight for exercise… Need to add cardio back in this week. Feeling great and spiritually great even though I’ve been fighting stuff from the bowels of hades. Jesus ❤️ me and you!!
