Exercise today: BACK DAY -Bent over supinated barbell rows. (Set of 12 with 65 lbs, set of 10 with 75 lbs, set of 8 with 80, set of 6 with 85 , set of 4 with 95 lbs ) -Tbar row: 3 sets with 45 lbs superset with seated machine rows 3 sets with 105 -Lat pull downs: 4 sets, first set 85 lbs, three more sets at 70 lbs -straight arm cable pull down: 3 sets of 10 -cable bicep curls: 3 sets of 10 -Renegade rows with 25 lb dumbbell superset with bicycle crunches. 2 sets each of those. @Elise Purcell @Amber @LisaJ @lisalee.tn Just want to say, y’all are ROCKING IT!
