Another 20-minute walk today, and yes, it was easier than yesterday and required less rest afterward. Also, I didn’t eat/snack after 8 p.m. last night. This is a big goal of mine as I have trouble with evening cravings. I hope to solidify the 8 p.m. habit and then push to 7:30 or 7 (for evenings at home; social events warrant a rules change).
