Mindset: Thankful for what God has provided me and my family. Nutrition yesterday: sausage egg and cheese croissant, lunch was firehouse subs, dinner was a recovery smoothie from smoothie king. Exercise today: Leg day ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ -Front squats: set of 12 at 65 lbs, set of 8 at 95 lbs, set of 6 at 105, set of 4 at 115, set of 3 at 135, set 8 at 95, set of 12 at 85 -Seated calf raise: 2 sets of 20 at 35 lbs and last set of 20 at 60 lbs -Hip thrusters: 3 sets of 10 (not sure of weight) -Leg extensions super set with lying cable hamstring curls: 3 sets of 10 -Cable crunches: 2 sets of 15 superset with Lying leg raises 2 sets of 20 @Elise Purcell @lisalee.tn @LisaJ @Amber Howโre my ladies doing?!
