Mindset: Different level, different devil. Every promotion, graduation or new responsibility carries with it it’s own burdens and challenges. The grass isn’t always greener, sometimes more is actually less. 🙂 Exercise: Day Off- just too cold to walk for an hour! Nutrition: Terrible. Just bad. But it was fun while I did it. Back after it today, got some good weights in and ready to watch some football! Some good worship at church tonight and we will be ready for a great week to come!
