Mindset: Responsibility. Own it, bathe in it, infuse! We seem to be taking consequences out of virtually everything which appears to affect personal accountability. “It’s not your fault, there should have been a label on the fire that said “HOT!” “You must sue to be made whole and to punish fire for being so…hot.” There are lessons that we learn from touching the hot stove that a verbal warning just doesn’t provide. Pain & discomfort informs and brands the mind with a permanent warning message. It’s hard to watch that training but it is imperative if you are to live EFFECTIVELY in this crazy world. I’m so blessed to be amongst y’all for this F40; you stayed after the grinding, sweating even bleeding but you pressed thru. Your efforts & encouragement fuel me- they pushed me to do it when I didn’t want to because YOU DIDN’T QUIT! I see you, your posts and your struggles. But you did it anyway- without whining, without drama… you just did. You fine people are warriors! May God continue to bless your path and health and encourage you toward the optimal you!
