Got about 30 min of base cardio intervals in today. I know work is making my muscles stronger. Also, there’s a fitness challenge at the park near my Mom’s… you hold onto the hanging rings with your hands and put your feet on the wall behind you to see how long you can hold. 3 min = beast mode. I did like a minute (level “ripped”) but wasn’t trying my hardest. I told my Mom, If I was doing Alex’s workouts I’d be able to do two minutes or more. #FoodForThought Eating habits- I have good habits but lately have been “partying” with my food, eating goodies (sweets, typically) along with eating the healthy foods. This week should be much better. I bought good vitamins, omega-3s, and a probiotic. Have hair supplements as well, and will be purchasing 5-type collagen.
