I just Registered for the #Faithful40Challenge! HTTPS://betterdaily.live/faithful40 My major goals over the next 40 days is to improve gut function and restore some muscle tissue that’s gone dormant over the winter — in a healthy way! I am committed to adding 15 minutes to each strength training session, taking creatine daily, consuming 130-150g of protein per day, observing a weekly fast, and reducing FODMAPS and junky oils (processed fats) from my diet! I am looking forward to journaling my mindset, nutrition, and exercise with you all starting May 1st! I challenge @jonpatrom and @jdsouthall83 to join me and keep me accountable!
