Nutrition yesterday: breakfast a small bowl of oatmeal, lunch was leftover steak and Brussels sprouts, and dinner was meatballs and green beans Exercise today: going to do back and ab endurance today, I ended up taking a rest day yesterday (realized the hike, leg day after that was a lot on my body at the moment), so back day today
