Mindset: Struggling with motivation lately. Through all the obstacles, job switch/ surgery/ trying to just be happy with myself in general/ balancing that with big goals I have and learning to relax sometimes- is hard. I don’t ever want to stop my fitness goals, but learning to be happy with my body and all that it’s gone through is a tough challenge- Nutrition yesterday/ oatmeal, lunch was meatballs and green beans, dinner was brats and porosities topped with cheese and hot sauce. Had a s’mores dessert I made as well Exercise: today will either be back or cardio, I broke down and did chest/shoulder endurance yesterday. I hate chest day and just got it out of the way honestly.
