Mindset: ITS FRIDAY Nutrition yesterday: breakfast was breakfast burrito, lunch was just two leftover brats and that was it cause I’m broke till I get paid. Haha. And dinner was a lunch meat salad had turkey , pepperoni, salami. Sooo yummy. Exercise today: may do some yoga, to prepare for a huge hike I’m doing tomorrow - I’m definitely an idiot for saving leg day for after but am gonna do some LIGHT stuff.
