Mindset: It turns out, I like the rain. Yeah, it made for a rough walk and near drowning (đŸ˜±)with Lisa and Trooper! The rain can be a challenge but it also refreshes the earth- gives it a nice big glass of water and says “sit on down for a spell and let’s just chill for a bit. We can get back at it soon, but for a bit- we wait”. Nice. Exercise: Today is weight training- Upper Body rehab. Love this work but damn
 is everything 20 reps??? Nutrition: Breakfast: Mikes Bread, almond butter and blackberry jam, 2 hard boiled eggs with Tabasco and 2 cups of coffee w/ half an half. Lunch: 6 oz pork tenderloin, sweet potato, broccoli Dinner: Chile verde, 2 corn tortillas and a pastor sope. A handful of tortilla chips- no rice or beans Dessert: None!!! Had a couple protein shakes throughout the day though. C’mon folks, it’s Saturday- let’s rock this day!
