I caught the biggest fish I’ve ever seen or caught today. 28in. - 18lbs. Not bragging. I didn’t do anything special - this was a gift! Just sharing the joy and awe with people I love. I threw her back because that’s what’s best to do with reproducing apex predators..and…maybe Gabriel will get to catch her someday! Guess what I did different with this cast vs all the casts that got me a 1-3lbs. Fish prior? Nothing. Same cast. Same spot. Same Mepps 3. God provides. We show up. Ready. Vigilant. Skilled. And don’t stop casting.
