Edit: Have been dealing w a family crisis for past few wks, which has drained every ounce of my energy. Mindset - Trying to get as much done as I can without becoming too tired today. Slept 4 hrs, woke up, couldn’t go back to sleep for quite some time, so got up and started going through things/organizing stuff. Back to sleep later. Exercise- Lifting items on back patio, moving things, rest/partial fast day Nutrition - Overnight: coffee/creamer/multi-collagen, protein bar, chicken/egg/Spanish rice, mini choco chip pancakes, water/freeze-dried fruit & veggie juice. Daytime: a few chocolate/peanut clusters, oatmeal/grassfed butter/cane sugar, an avocado, water, propel.
