Mindset: Ready for coffee. Also ready to start this week off super good! Nutrition yesterday: breakfast was eggs , sausage and hash browns, skipped lunch due to being at the zoo all day and the heat made us not hungry(had sunflower seeds though), and dinner was a chicken salad. Exercise today: I may do some stretching and running today. Either that or leg day but Iโ€™ve been skipping cardio ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ‘€
