Mindset: Feeling rested and ready for today. Staying consistent and motivated isn’t easy, shoot half the time I’m not even motivated. You just have to do it. I do it to stay healthy, I do it so I’m not stuck and complacent like I was. I do it so I can continue to learn to love myself and the challenges I have some days - after i just do it , whatever it may be, I feel better. Nutrition yesterday: breakfast…leftover pizza 👀👀, lunch was a pastrami sandwich I made with chips, and dinner…half a sub from subway and I also had chips with that 😅 Exercise today, I either want to run or do stair master. I’ll figure it out
