What do you guys do when you are discouraged with your gym goals? After the surgery I had a few months ago and in between that I’ve been sick a couple times and recently think I just got over COVID AGAIN. So on top of “restarting “ I feel so weak and frustrated. So with that being said, what do you do in times of frustration like that?
