Mindset: I’m pursuing my better from a relaxed position. 😁 Little bit of yard work in my life. Little bit of sitting in the sun. Not even gonna stress. Nutrition: sparse but adequate Exercise: didn’t make my goals yesterday. Missed my steps by 900 but my morning was labor filled and the day previous was hard labor. Gotta say... looking where my reach ends in my brush trimming is a bit hilarious lol. Im puzzling it out. Might post photos for a chuckle Good morning lovelies... got yer coffee? Gods got yer back today.... He leads us by day and His glory is our rear guard. Man that feels good! New folks.... welcome ♥️ if you are stuck on what better looks like to you; consider your ideal fitness heaven and the dreaded opposite. In short my heaven looks like this: playing and keeping up with my grands without injury but with vibrancy and vigor. My fitness hell: stroking out, ending up a vegetable, and having my kiddos arguing about who is going to wipe my arse. I know that is blunt but it’s the picture in my head that propels me forward to better. It’s different for each of us but if you get it in your head, both pictures, it truly helps your intentionality in shaping your mindset and implementing changes that stick for the long haul. I read your stories. I rejoice in your wins. I grieve the losses and setbacks. Most of all... I’m praying for you and striving with you ♥️ we aren’t alone and we got this 😉
