Random thoughts: Yesterday I was gonna seize the day but I had my grandson so the day seized me... at 5:30 am. I never know who is more worn out after our play dates with grand babies... me or them. Corn starch mixed with dirt makes great sand for cars but gets one incredibly dusty. If I was in less pain, I still prob wouldn’t make any sense, but I’m fun either way to a four year old. Mindset: Rein in these random thoughts and get on with the day. My brain is all over the place. Nutrition: blech I’ll work on it Exercise: toddler wrangling
