Hi everyone! Needed to reach out and ask for help and support on my fitness. I’ve been feeling a ton of back pain, which has led to not lifting, few runs and mostly stretching. The thing is, is that I’m feeling weak. I am asking for accountability and recommendations on a guide or a program to help get me back to feeling good and strong. Thanks!
