Making no excuses. That’s what my the fitness journey is about. Mental strength over any obstacles that come in my way- 30 mins of cardio on my lunch break - Did the elliptical, my knees hurt, i imagine just from sitting all day. My goal is to get a desk treadmill eventually so I get my steps I needs while working from home. Challenges will always continue to present themselves. I will choose to persevere
