Run 64 #run100 Lift 34 #lift100 Took a break this weekend to visit a friend. We have been best friends for over 50 years. Awesome time to connect, relax, hike and spend time with God. Enjoyed the outdoor church service too. Back to reality of work this week. Thankful for the special time.
