Some of you have been connected to my work and goals for a long time. Some are more recent friends. 5 years ago (has it already been that long?) I sent this into casting for American Ninja Warrior. Many things have changed since then— the name of our podcast, having another kiddo, moving to Arkansas, and owning/operating a health and wellness company in a post-pandemic fitness industry. One thing hasn’t changed. “How to dig deep and overcome the challenges life throws at them” Thank you for expanding the reach of that ethos by taking on your Betterment journey.
