3 low sodium bacon strips, two beautiful eggs, a few leftover potatoes, some black coffee, and a serving of kefir. I've not really determined my plan (i.e. 16:8 or 18: 6 etc) but I think I may give IF a try soon. What say you @Coach Alex VanHouten?
