I don’t typically count macros, nor do I give a rip about calories. I do want to feed my body well and would like an app that can help me tweak that. Sugar is an area I would like to track. Any good app suggestions for that? Simple is what I’m looking for. I’m gonna tell alex to hand out bonus points during faithful forty if someone can walk or run a one percent sign lol or their name or something cool 😁
