Day 1. I’m aiming to maintain my 3 x Lift every week. Hoping to walk every day. Aiming for 150g Protein per day. 2100 calories per day. Aiming for the classic 40 30 30 split with macros. That is 40% protein 30% fat 30% carbohydrates Also aiming for 30g plus of fibre. Morning routine of mindset and lectio divina. Cheers. Let’s do this
